We supply jewellery sealed in a clear bag. This way you can check your order when you receive it to make sure everything is ok. Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on jewellery unless there is a fault with the item.
You have the right to cancel your order for 14 days after receipt of the
order. You have a further 14 days to return the items back to us.
As long as they are in the original sealed bag.
the unlikely event that the goods you receive from us are faulty or of
the wrong specification, please notify us immediately and we will
arrange a refund or exchange of goods. Refunds will be carried out
within 14 days of receipt.
Please note, if the items are not faulty/incorrect you will have to bear the cost of the return postage and ensure that there is sufficient insurance to cover any damage which may be sustained in transit as the items will remain the customers responsibility until received at Paradox.
Deductions can be made if the value of the goods have been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than necessary.
