  • WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship worldwide. Please refer to our Delivery & Returns page for further information.

  • WHAT IS THE RETURNS POLICY?

We can only accept body jewellery returns when the seal on the bag has not been opened or if the jewellery itself is faulty. If you have ordered the wrong piece of jewellery please contact us right away. Read our full Returns Policy.

  • HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO PROCESS?

We aim to dispatch orders received by 4pm the same day. For orders within the UK please allow 2-3 business days for delivery. For international orders outside of the UK please allow at least a week for delivery.

  • HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

All payments are processed through PayPal. You may use either your PayPal account or a credit or debit card.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF A PRODUCT I ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK?

If there is any product that is out of stock we will contact you to either discuss other suitable options, give you an indication when it will next be available or provide a refund.
